Research Consultation
This is one of the most popular services available and is offered through online consultation. My approach has made a big difference for many Professional Educators and Administrators through the ITT, Masters and Doctoral Programmes I have co-written, taught on, and externally examined in the UK, Europe and Overseas, and is provided with the highest level of excellence and proven track record (see testimonials). With this service, all details are simple, seamless and handled in a timely manner.
Working with me, and/or accredited associate along side you, we develop a personalised package of support for your Research Project as an Efficient Self Improvement Tool to optimise Professional Educators and Administrators Effectiveness to optimise students' wellbeing, learning, learning outcomes and happiness. The focus is always on empowering you and your staff and parents to optimise students' wellbeing, learning and outcomes using A Blueprint for Character Development for Evolution (ABCDE) with Assessment for Personal and Social Learning (APSL) to Empower Community Participation to achieve the SDGs that optimise students' well being, learning and outcomes.

Together in a new partnership we will co-create your institution's development plan of research informed ethical leadership. You will mobilise your leadership through Professional Learning Communities to redefine the logic of the curriculum, and pedagogies. We can offer a pathway through the MOOC and tool kit but it is you and your team that will realise the results as you develop the language that redefines the logic through leadership to develop principles of equity and trust in your organisation. Thus your philosophies and psychologies of ethics and trust developed on the MOOC and supported by mentoring packages will amplify your Institutional Self Improvement Plan (ISIP). The recommendation is successfully submit an ethical approval application, and gain ethical approval in the first month of the first 3 months of the distance learning teaching component of the MOOC. The Assessment submission for the EYSIER Charter Mark Award is recommended at the end of the 6 month MOOC. The ISIP has quarterly Key Performance Indicators over a 3 year cycle and 5-6 years to embed your Institution's Public Profile as a Leading Research Institution that drives Learning and Teaching of Excellence. Costs for different levels of support packages through the MOOC, and of the assessment of the ethical approval and the EYSIER Charter Mark Award are available by contacting us. Of course you can use this MOOC and tool kit without a mentoring support package and without submitting an EYSIER Charter Mark Award
Your learning journey will redefine the logic of the classroom with language that celebrates inclusive cultures that honour diversity with refreshed commitment to equity in fully explicit knowledge (social understandings from the literature) of different kinds of social contracts from different eras and the authentic comparing and contrasting of these with implicit knowledge (personal understandings).

Your classrooms will aim to become beacons of access to all students. Your students' learning can be measured by aiming to optimise learning, validated by raised student outcomes. Importantly these will aim to map to broader curriculum innovations that in turn map to students becoming more aware of career options, particularly in Science Technology Engineering and Maths (STEM), the Arts and Humanities and Social Sciences to connect reason and faith in the digitised era. This moves beyond the worrying trend that teenagers’ career expectations are narrowing to a limited range of jobs as the OECD PISA report finds available here Rather success aims to be hallmarked by deep learning that maps to students' exciting personal stories and narratives for the person they want to become. These narratives, or narrative capital maps to realistic pathways through an academic school and college career that affords equitable access to middle class benefits for all on a journey of Lifelong learning.

All research is conducted within your Institutional, National Ethical Frameworks and those of The British Educational Research Association and The American Educational Research Association and ethical approval will need to be gained before submission of an EYSIER CMA. So all participating in the research signs an informed consent form, can withdraw at any time, and are assured anonymity and confidentiality.

You can choose the research plan you want mapped to your summarised specific goals and Key Performance Indicators. What ever level of Professional Research Package you choose, you are assured you will be in control of the dash board of the planning tool.

The planning tool using ABCDE through APSL allocates tasks across the participating groups with clear timescales mapped to Key Performance Indicators.

The flat rate offered in the Professional Research Package includes bonuses mapped to your achievement of KPIs . Dr Alison Taysum Trading as Taysum's OEIT
The Full Story
Since being established in education in 1993 Dr Alison Taysum's vision has been known for an unparalleled commitment to optimising students' wellbeing, learning and outcomes. This is achieved by empowering Professional Educators, Administrators and parents through research pathways to excellence. It’s this standard of excellence that has provided the impetus to author Education Policy as a Road Map to Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. Her vision is to create opportunities for ethical leadership and moral principles to evolve that re-defines logic as a commitment of 'intentions and acts' for equity through a language of inclusion. A framework of Leadership, Logic and Language underpins equity and success through each member's participation in the organisation.

This website offers a pathway to develop a research project using ABCDE with Assessment for Personal and Social Learning. The research project is planned over a 3 month taught component of a Massive Online Open Access Course provided in the tool kit, followed by a 3 month impact data gathering process that informs a submission for an Assessment for an Empowering Young Societal Innovators for Equity and Renewal (EYSIER) Charter Mark Award at Bronze, Silver or Gold standard. The EYSIER Charter Mark Award maps to a non-accredited 60 Credit PGCE that can be used, where appropriate, for an application for consideration for Accreditation for Prior Experiential Learning (APEL) against appropriate Intended Learning Outcomes for a Masters Degree where APEL is offered.

Professional Educators and Administrators can use the free Open Access toolkit and MOOC in the 'Customer Service Call' and 'Service Delivery' Sections of this website along with a portfolio for recording progress made against the ABCDE scaleable rubric to optimise students' wellbeing, learning, outcomes and happiness. These are mapped to a basket of indicators including the MoRRi and Sustainable Development Goals Repository of indicators and benchmarking data as part of an exciting and growing Open Access knowledge base.

The toolkit and MOOC map to the book Taysum, A. (2019) Educational Policy as a Road Map to Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. Scarborough: Emerald.

The chapters offer a step by step pathway to becoming a research informed learning and teaching institution with the potential to becoming an EYSIER Charter Mark Award mentor to build capacity for Empowering Young Societal Innovators for Equity and Renewal to realise Sustainable Development Goal 4, Target 4.7 (UN, 2016, p.1)

By 2030, ensure that all learners acquire the knowledge and skills needed to promote sustainable development, including, among others, through education for sustainable development and sustainable lifestyles, human rights, gender equality, promotion of a culture of peace and non-violence, global citizenship and appreciation of cultural diversity and of culture’s contribution to sustainable development.

Through participants achieving SDG 4.7 with this book, they are empowered with the thinking tools supported by the book and this website to achieve all the SDGs. Education policy is required to create networks that empower the Grass roots up committees to facilitate the dialogues that can be reduced to minutes. The minutes can be reduced to statements for each agenda item which enable committees' rich dialogues to be presented as a manageable testimony or model of key statements that can be shared with other committees working to the same agenda to create a model ripe for testing for proof of concept. Each target for each SDG can have an agenda. I have recommended in the book that Universities working as hubs in new partnerships with education systems and the professions and industry can create Professional Educators and Administrators Committees for Empowerment (PEACE) each working on a SDG target. PhD students can help mobilise these PEACE meetings and propel the knowledge across faculties of Universities, and curriculums leads of education systems and thereby mainstream innovations for achieving the SDGs across societies, nations, regions, blocs and internationally through Universities as hubs. Education policy and joined up policies and laws are required as a road map to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals and amplify their impact through participatory PEACE meetings that are described and critiqued and underpinned by a plethora of references to diverse resources in Taysum, A. Education Policy as a Road Map to Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. Scarborough: Emerald.
